Rolling Forks Vineyards was designed as a multi-phase project as the owners were ready to begin producing their own signature wine from the grapes they had been growing for several years. The first phase was completed in 2020 and included a large production facility with offices, a lab, a crushing slab and cold storage areas. A smaller wine tasting room with a catering type kitchen and a small retail area was attached to the west side of the production facility and will be used as the ‘link’ to the future larger tasting room.

The flexibility of the design will allow for future growth of building as the business expands as they plan the larger tasting room in the next phase with a basement barrel room. Phase three includes a large event center for weddings and other events.
