This project included the remodel of existing Annex Buildings I & II for Todd County Health

and Human Services. These facilities were brought up to similar level of quality and finishes of the adjacent historic courthouse. The redesign also improved work flow for the staff of the facility and provided added daylight throughout the open plan work areas. In addition to the remodel a new link was created that tied the two buildings together. This link included a reception desk as well as waiting room, restrooms, and an elevator that provided accessibility throughout the newly connected buildings. This project also added a level of security to the existing buildings by separating public and private areas of the building with added doors, glass wall separations and electronic security systems.
