The work we have completed with the facility includes a two phase project expansion of existing manufacturing and fabrication plant. Phase I included expansion/infill to the north east of 9,875 square feet minimum with possible expansion to include another approximately 28,000 square feet east of the infill portion for CNC and machining, shipping and receiving. It is expected the east expansion’s construction will be underway while the next phase begins. 

Phase II included relocation of front office staff and main entry area with installation of new equipment line on the main level.  Lobby, circulation core, toilet rooms, mechanical and IT were located on the main level with the second level being devoted to conference rooms and private offices as well as open office areas.  Approximate square footage of phase II is 10,000 square feet (each level), 2 level expansion. The existing storm water pond was modified during Phase I to accommodate future possible expansions.
